Buteyko Breathing Seminar this Sunday!

I'm going for this free seminar in breathing called Buteyko breathing in Berkeley and wanted to invite everyone. It's a healing modality that might be helpful for endometriosis.

The Buteyko method is a specific breathing method that can help improve everyone's health.  One of the few worldwide teachers of this method, Ryan Bowie, lives in Northern CA, Arcata, and he is coming down to the Bay area on March 7th and 8th.

Ryan Bowie was a monk for several years (ordained from the same tradition and teacher as Jack Kornfield of Spirit Rock) before he began teaching breathing.  Ryan has written about how this breathing method helped him deepen his own meditation practice.  To read more about Ryan Bowie check out his website:

I'm currently Ryan Bowie's breathing student so I recommend him whole heartedly.  I study with him via Skype.  The Buteyko method is a very powerful healing practice that I in addition think is very valuable to developing anyone's meditation practice.
